MI Nursing/Restorative Center

This 250 bed skilled nursing facility cares for frail elders to assist them in maximizing their health goals. We provide skilled and restorative nursing, physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies, nutrition and dining, a rich activities program including religious and spiritual services provided by our chaplaincy department. One full nursing unit is dedicated to the special care needs of residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

MI Residential Community

This award-winnning retirement community houses 194 one and two bedroom apartments and 106 certified assisted living units. Here lovely, affordable Federally-assisted apartments are combined with an impressive array of on-site services. The result is a remarkable community known for its friendliness, comfort and security. Available on- site services include daily dining, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, a full activities program, an adult day health center and the support of 24 hour staffing.

Marguerite's House Assisted Living Residence

Located within the Residential Community, our Assisted Living Residence offers a greater level of daily assistance to those who need extra help. Daily personal care, self-administered medication management, wellness education, three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry services are offered amenities. The professional nursing and social work staff interface with other community providers as part of the continuity of care team for residents.

MI Adult Day Health Center

The MI Adult Day Health Center is our solution for older adults who need daytime nursing and social support. The center operates two sites, one within the Residential Community and the award-winning La Casa de Maria Inmaculada, a Spanish bilingual/bicultural center. At both sites our nurses, social workers and other staff work in close partnership with participants’ personal physicians and other community providers to meet the individual’s medical, nursing, rehabilitative and social needs.

MI Transportation

This service provides daily chair car transportation to and from the Adult Day Health Centers as well as transport for shopping, social outings and medical needs of Mary Immaculate residents.
