Barbara E. Grant
President/CEO

Barbara Grant became President/CEO of Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services in January 1998 after serving 14 years as the Administrator
of the MI Residential Communities, MI Adult Day Health Center and MI Transportation companies. Ms. Grant is responsible for providing
leadership in strategic planning, mission integration, quality improvement and financial performance. Prior to joining Mary Immaculate,
Ms. Grant was Executive Director of an Area Agency on Aging.

Ms. Grant has served on numerous committees and Boards in the field of aging. She has been member of the House of Delegates
of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) through 2002 and previously served on AAHSA’s Assisted Living, Housing and Convention Planning Committees. Ms. Grant is a former President of New England Elderly Housing Association and former Chairperson of MassAging. She has presented at state and national conferences on developing affordable assisted living, re-tooling organizations to serve new populations and non-profit fundraising.
Ms. Grant received a B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Briarcliff College and a M.S. degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University in New York City. She is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP).

Stewart R. Goff
Administrator, MI Nursing/Restorative Center

Stewart Goff joined Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services in August 2005. As Administrator of the MI Nursing/Restorative Center, Mr. Goff is responsible for operations of one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in the Commonwealth.
Mr. Goff is charged with ensuring quality care, meeting Department of Public Health Regulations, and managing the human and financial resources necessary to accomplish this. Prior to joining Mary Immaculate, Mr. Goff served as the Administrator of several skilled nursing facilities elsewhere in the state.

Mr. Goff, who is a Registered Nurse, as well as a licensed nursing home administrator in the Commonwealth, served a number of years in clinical case management and as a psychiatric nurse in a hospital setting. He holds a Master in Health Services Administration from the University of Massachusetts, a BA in Psychology from Framingham State College and an AS in Nursing from Northeastern University.

Jeanne Leydon
Administrator of Home and Community Based Services

Jeanne Leydon, LICSW, ACSW, serves as the Administrator of Home and Community-based Services at Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services. In this capacity, Ms. Leydon is responsible for the management of several of the MIHCS entities including the MI Residential Community, a nationally recognized retirement setting; Marguerite’s House, a separate 106 unit assisted living residence; MI Adult Day Health including the Maple Street facility and La Casa de Maria Inmaculada, a bilingual/bicultural program located in downtown Lawrence; and MI Transportation. |
Ms. Leydon comes to MIHCS from Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc., (GLSS) where she served as the Director of Consumer Services. Here her departments served some 3,500 elders on a daily basis and accounted for a $17 million budget.
Prior to her work at GLSS, Ms. Leydon held Director and Manager positions in Hospice Care and worked as a social worker and case manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University and her Master of Social Work from Simmons College.

Kathy Callahan
Director of Mission Integration
|
Kathy Callahan is Director of Mission Integration at Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services. In this position, Ms. Callahan seeks to maintain and nurture an environment in which the philosophy, values and mission of Mary Immaculate are integrated throughout all companies, departments, and services. She is responsible for planning and conducting all mission activities within the organization.
Ms. Callahan has worked as a social worker in a variety of clinical settings, as an MSW consultant for area
nursing homes and as Director of Social Services and |
MSW consultant at MI Nursing/Restorative Center.She currently chairs the organization’s Ethics Committee.
Ms. Callahan holds a Master in Social Work from Barry College, School of Social Work in Florida, and a BA in Social Welfare from Mt. St. Mary College of New Hampshire. She also has a Certificate in Case Management from the New England Healthcare Assembly and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts.

Paul D. Ercolini
Director of Finance

Paul Ercolini joined Mary Immaculate as Director of Finance in 2002 after spending more than 20 years in the healthcare finance field.
Prior to joining Mary Immaculate, Mr. Ercolini was Director of Finance for the Boston Home. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for the American Baptist Elder Ministries of Massachusetts and Evanswood Center for Older Adults. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Fiscal Affairs at Carleton-Willard Village of Bedford, MA and Manager of Budgeting at New England Deaconess Hospital.

Mr. Ercolini is a graduate of Bentley College and holds an M.B.A. in Business/Government Relations at American University in Washington, D.C.

Kristine DiFiore
Director of Human Resources

Kristine DiFiore joined Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services in 2002. Ms. DiFiore is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource function through Mary Immaculate. Prior to joining Mary Immaculate, Ms. DiFiore worked as a Human Resource supervisor in private industry. She holds a BS degree in psychology from Worcester State College and a certificate in Human Resources from Assumption College.
Ms. DiFiore is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a designation awarded by

HR Certification Institute, the credentialing body for human resource professionals. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Merrimack Valley Human Resource
Association and is on the Board of MassCare Self Insurance Group, Inc., which handles worker compensation activities for a consortium of members.
