Thank You Volunteers!
The Mary Immaculate Nursing/Restorative Center (MINRC) recently hosted a luncheon to recognize the volunteer service of several area men and women.
“We are truly grateful for the participation of our volunteers,” says Jennifer Stevenson, director of activities. In total, these volunteers provided 2200 hours of service this year working in a variety of capacities that have truly enriched the experience of both our residents and staff.”
At the volunteer luncheon, special recognition was paid to Prema Jani of Lawrence. Jani was named Volunteer of the Year due to her outstanding dedication to the residents at the Mary Immaculate Nursing/Restorative Center where she often helps with activities and spiritual care.
Those recognized for their service include:
Annette Pelletier, Joan Duggan, Mary Young, Joe Petralia, Sr. Jeanne Poor and Leo Joncas of Lawrence; Tom Hajj of Methuen; Suzanne and Lou Lebreque of Salem NH;
Donna Pallone and Carol Noel of North Andover; and Katherine Stanton of Haverhill. Others receiving recognition for volunteer service included: Al Sammatore, Donna Whipple, Ana Pichardo, Maria Zorilla, Carmen Fonseca, Juan Fonseca, Antonia Martinez, Elercida Guzman, Grecia Boldadilla, Paul Kimball, Helen Nasser, Kiko Garcia and Lori Silverman.
