Congratulations to Domenic Scarpignato!

Domenic Scarpignato was recently presented with an official Resolution by the Lawrence City Council for his volunteer efforts on behalf of all the residents at MI Residential. Mr. Scarpignato is a lifelong resident of Lawrence and a veteran of World War II as well as of the Navy Reserves. He and the late Mary Teresa Marchese enjoyed a 64 year marriage.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Scarpignato has lived at MI Residential and is an active participant in the social fabric of the community. The City Council cited several of his activities including serving on the Executive Board Committee, his volunteer duties as bar tender, banker, custodian, and general maintenance worker. He also assists with Mass, works in the coffee shop and helps other residents with shopping.
